Last picture. Ears are too small. If its feline, make them proportional to the head and muzzle. If its a canine, make them a bit larger. Those ears basicly look like she has none, and is wearing that... thingy you put on your head that has the unproportional cat ears. Make you're ears larger, and more expressive. They can be very good for showing pleasure, and other things with just the slight tilt.
Second to last picture: Looks like a bear. I don't think that was what you were trying for. Slim down the muzzle a bit.
Third to last: Fire got the hands, I'm going for the muzzle again. To square. Give it the feeling of angles, while not going at put 90 degree angles. Basicly: In females, depending on build, she may have a softer angled muzzle, which is rare for canines. For males, depending on build, they may have softer angles, or sharper. (My history teacher's nose comes into my head at that.'
Now, in general, you're getting better, so perhaps you should try breaking away from the solid line fur patters. Make the solid lines more jagged, and brush your pencil up and down the area to give the illusion for fur.
Tip for cat muzzles: Make them triangular, not square.
