Buy 640s as a bank and then sell.

Buy any sort of weapon and don't use it. When you have enough weapons to sell off and get your upgrade, do so. Nice time to be starting it, or to be selling with the new 75% selling off thing. It's going to save some people quite a bit of time.

I've observed that it's a mix of their army size and cash on hand. I haven't found any relation between DA/SA and money taken, since I've sabbed people down to 0 DA and stolen a million or so off of them.

I strategy till now was (after the first week and some sabs). Manage ta achive level 10 spy and build a good cover.
Then take as much dragonskins you can afford and build a defence of some millions, and last start bying attacking weapons.

The most valueable off all, recruit as many officers you can, friends relatives and coworkers.
