I jump all over depending on whether I've just upgraded spies or not, but my lowest (since I first started, of course) has been around 60,000 (now), my highest has been 7,000 (not long after I started, when 500,000 SA was still ranked above 600, and before I realized the power of covert--you can guess the consequences :blink:), and I spend most of my time between 15,000 and 25,000.

im ranked 23k but my defense is ranked 1k and my ca is ranked 2k-im just buildin up my def before i poor on the offense and oh yea-i got 900 attack turns-which will turn into a lot of offense and defense  |

Is your CA enough to make u unsabbable? If not then first build it up and then all the rest. If yes, then go on and spend your attack turns first on the offense (as the higher your SA the easier it will be to spend the rest) and then on defense.

after dropping 50k or so due to an upgrade (sold somethin like 6 mil of weaps) I'm finally pushin the 4-digit ranks again. CA is <1k though!  |
