The problem with CS though, is that there are very few servers that have decent admins with proper anti-cheat software and the motivation to fight lamers.
Firearms on the other hand, has a whole core community who is against cheaters and exploiters, and this community [attempts to] co-ordinates and bans cheaters across all the best Firearms servers when they are found, which means that cheaters are far rarer.
Also, the more advanced gameplay and RPG-like skills system of Firearms means that even when people cheat they are not super-powerful like in CS, because if they did that it would be instantly obvious, and they would get kicked & banned.

the reason there are so many more cheaters on cs to FA is that CS is by far more popular but the biggest servers to campaigne against cheaters and produce there own and better cheat ware all the time
