It's amazing how many people can't play it! Out of about 40 people at work, only two can play, and everyone else thinks I'm some kind of nutter for asking. I'm a nutter for entirely different reasons!
Seriously though, can anyone play it?

@_@ I can play chess. I'm really good at it, too. Ugh, but there's barely anyone to play with, so I haven't played foreva~~~. I used to play all the time when my cousin still lived in Bellevue, because he'd visit almost everynight and we'd have chess tournaments. <3 But I think I'm going to join Chess Club next year. That is...if they have one at the high school. <_<

I can not only play chess, I made my own chess-set once (for a school project).
Although if you exclude playing about with KMate (or whatever the terrible Linux/Knoppix version is called, which I did the other night, I haven't played for eons.
Mainly due to not being in regular contact with anyone else that does.
