Sorry, but SS, your idea of human civilization is
wrong.
Humans are widely accepted to have first developed in Africa. The current hypothesis is that the Cro Magnons, our direct descendants, migrated out (just like other species, ie Neanderthals, did before) and replaced the others. We modern humans are not related to Neanderthals, nor do we have any of their genes. They were exterminated (or just died out, possibly through competition with the more highly evolved Cro Magnons).
As to civilization, ancient Sumer, in Mesopotamia, was the first human civilization (followed closely by China and India). Civilization in the Americas would probably be first seen in the Olmec peoples, who lived around the 900's AD (I'm not positive on that time).
