Exactly, we already have coloured ones.
But some crazy people don't actually like emoticons like we currently have, which is why I did small greyscale ones. Wait...which crazy people don't like the emotes we have now? If they don't like them then they probably don't visit often enough to care. The only one I have a slight problem w/ is  :waterbeam/l: :asha'man/l: b/c the tongue is pointy, and it slightly reminds me of something. |

Not people that visit here; people on another forum that didn't have emoticons, before I made the first half of MiniEmotes. People liked them because they were just like regular text-smileys, but with the benefit of being better than sideways faces.

Because no-one has ever asked for a monkey, or given me any incentive to do one, and there wasn't a monkey in the default set here.
Several of those (including the monkey) are inspired by the Trillian emotes.

I dislike those greatly.... They may fit into a boring text based black and white forum, but our nice shades of blue one needs more colourful emotes.

I've done far more than that in my absence. Aside from my final year project (which I can't really show until it's been marked, but you have to trust me that it took quite a lot of time. ), I've done several things in Cinema4D, such as a crysknife (and the dune background to it), my foldspace image, an alarm clock, and several other things I can't be arsed to upload. I've also done work on a couple of websites, though not very much, and I've listened to lots of music and killed lots of people.  And, as I said originally, these emotes will never be forced upon you (unless I want a punishment :devil:), they will be a choice for those people that don't want the regular ones, so the people that don't like them don't have to worry. |
