I didnt run into it... thats why my elbow hurts.... I used it to brace myself and push off.
Didnt look painful, although my wrist hurt a tiny bit, but then the pain spread to my elbow and now its swolen.
Its probably worse, but im not getting it checked.... I can live with it till it heals.
