I have been living a lie. Allow me to explain. As about seven of you know, I am a huge Halo fan. I've been addicted for only two months now, but still, bear with me. Anyways, I was going through my video settings yesterday, and I discovered something horrible: I had been playing Halo on the low graphics setting, and with no decals whatsoever. I didn't even realise that Halo had them, since I had never bothered to check the video settings before. So I turned them on, and tried my game. Oh. My. Fuckin. God. It was like, oh man. I cant really explain it. But I can put it this way. this is the conversation my mom and i had shortly after i played.
me:......
mom: Chad? you ok?
chad:.....I think this is what talking with God must feel like.
yes, it does make that damn much of a difference.

man, that's fucked up. im downloading it right now. but when i started downloading, i had a transfer rate of about 200kb per second. now, it's down to like 45. <_<
edit: k, it's done. will now play. will post again when i have reached a decision regarding it.

nah, but seriously, it's an ok game. but it doesnt qutie match up to the slaughter of untold numbers of covenent. also, that sniper rifle? yeah, no zoom on that shit at all.
but overall, ill give it two thumbs up.
however, halo 2 will still beat (ps, I'm dumpid) the crap outta it.
now look what you've done ss. now im going to have to save up for halo 2 and UT2K4

well, maybe im not using the sniper rifle correctly then. how do you get this amazing zoom? i just right click, and that puts it in the "zoom" mode. but is there a way to increase the zoom?
