They had something behind the tires they edited out. As it was focusing on the final third tire, you could see the second tire roll back; hit something, then roll back forward.

I'm rather interested in how that worked out, It is posssible that it did that on its own if they weighted it right. I can tell you that the reason they all rolled uphill was that each was lighter than the one before. I'm wondering if the weights were placed on one spot on the tire instead of evenly distributed, in which case it might've rolled back up depending on how heavy the weight was and where it was.
