Yeah, that sounds familiar... I also remember reading that different people have different sleep requirements (i.e. 14 for mole, 8 for normal people, etc). What's the fun in sleeping when you can be doing other stuff, anyway?

Dreams can be good, but sleeping is just a boring waste of time. I want the machine that the guy in the Die Another Day had, that allows you to have only half an hour sleep a day!

i dream 98 out of every 100 sleeps so im more than entertained staying in bed, but thats another reason why its so hard to get out of it Why didn't you just say 49 out of 50? I tend to dream a lot as well, but I suspect that that's due to other people in the house waking me up at regular intervals, so I end up staying in the early stages of sleep (which is where you dream).

i cant sleep when its dark and quiet, those are the times of day when im most awake, when the suns up, the birds are singing, the traffics going past my house and theres sounds of people busy at work i sleep the best, apparently i havent evolved past infancy in my sleeping patterns

I very rarely dream, on/off almost, but it might take a several minutes to do either of them.

I don't dream very often, either, though when I do, it's just before I wake up

I suck at getting to sleep, staying asleep and dreaming. Funny thing is, I'm even worse at getting up...

I love it when I'm dreaming, yet semi-conscious. That way I can choose where I want my dream to go.
