that would mean, among other things: end lines when you're done with one idea and then start a new line, and use punctuations wherever appropriate.
i'd include "use capitalizations whenever appropriate", but that's a minor issue compared to the previous two.
Case in point -> Try reading the following, which is just a copy of the above but without absolutely no punctuations or new lines:
