Fire, yes they are.
Orc comes from the Italian word orco, meaning demon.
Demons being creatures of Hell; inherently evil beings.
Thus, Orcs are evil.

Well, a gross majority of orcs are evil. Occasionally you'll find one that doesn't give a damn, or has the same ideals as you; but probably goes about them in a different way. Then you get them for being traitorous to their race.
