So they test you on the stuff that you've learned?  See ours are dumb and that's the only reason I can do well.

yeah the state makes up a curriculum for certain courses (ie. math, biology, earth science, etc.) and they make up a regents exam that students can take at various times in the year.

yeah, and you can take it two more times after that to improve your score.

exam times are august, january, and june
