Stringy... kinda. Crumbly... ummmmm. LOL I personally like Crezmiselino soup (not sure how to spell it... it's Greek by the way). Basiclally, it's a lemony broth with boiled lamb neck and celery, topped off by whipped eggs. Yes, it sounds bad, but trust me, it's awesome! If you can't get that, lamb with mint jelly is good too! |
