I need a free IM that can run on windows ce 2000, for my hp jornada 728 handheld pc...can anyone please help me.

Wazoo, Yahoo! do a Java version of their IM client which will run on any machine which has Java installed, which your machine very likely does (or if not it can be installed).

the "try and see what happens" theory (my fav)
if it works, then you have java, if it doesn't work, then you don't... Sad
I don't think java takes much space either
