Were you questioning the word choice, or the spelling? Both. Though initially just the word choice, then after I typed it myself I noticed your missing letter and inwardly smirked at the irony of you having a mistake in a post directed at mole. Dark chocolate doesn't taste as nice. Or was that plain chocolate? I'm never sure which one is the yucky one and which one is okay.

Dark chocolate *is* plain chocolate. Personally, I love the Lindt Cherry chocolate. I haven't been able to find a retailer for years though; it's a very rare commodity.

Dark chocolate *is* plain chocolate. That's probably why I have so much trouble remembering. :S

I've kept some Dairy Milk (with Caramel) in the freezer compartment for a few days with no problem?

Meh. My taste buds are not the best in the world, and my memory seems to be getting worse every day, so I have no idea if I noticed if it had lost its taste or not.

... my memory seems to be getting worse every day ... Mine seems to be doing a similar thing; as a result, I'm not always completely sure of the small details of events, as I keep questioning myself and worrying over whether they're right or not. I suspect it's an aging thing - both in that cells are dying off, and that there's more and more to remember every day. *feels worryingly mortal*

Yeah but neither of us are even half-way towards the zone when aging tends to start. I'm more worried than it is an insanity thing myself - we're being driven crazy by the madness all around us. It'll only be so long before they come and try to lock us away in a white padded cell. :paranoid:

True. But we have twice as much to remember as when we were ten / twelve - more so, due to more advanced education and a heightened ability to percieve, and a far greater immersion in, the world around us. You can only put so much water into a sponge before some starts dripping out again.
It's also possible that when younger, people don't care as much about the details as when they're older.
And obviously, once you're aware that your memory isn't up to scratch, you'll then tend to question it more than you did before, thus finding errors that weren't initially noticed.

I realise that, hence the 'more so...' part of the sentence.
