Lucky git, althought I did get it from FP.
I think u musta bought tons of bandwidth off them, there were about 100 and sommit people in the que, but there was no waiting time.

looks pretty cool...but i stopped playing half life mods when the engine started to date...which was about 4 years ago :alien:
are you planning to change to half life 2 engine? or UT2k3 engine?...or are you planning to scrap the project when the engine finally dies on its knees?...which might not be too far away by the looks of the new games comming out :sheep:

dude...its gotta go sometime...theres only so much you can do with such an old engine...with the new generation of games comming out and already out...i don't think it'll last much longer against greater modability, online play, graphical excelence and overall whupass

The engine is already dead. How many people buy HL not for the mods anymore?
HL mods are like necromancers, channeling energy to keep the useless zombified body alive.
Soon as the mods go is when the engine dies, and that's going to be less than three years, two at a push.

half life 2 is gonna be different...UT2k3 offers the greatest modability of any game EVER IMO...two of the 3 disk set were developer tools aimed at modders...i believe that if and when the Half Life modders deciede to move to another engine we'll witness some division as to where they'll move...
UT series (could be 2005/6 by then, as 2004 is in the works), Doom 3? Half Life 2?
this is gonna be interesting...
