answer the question
I use shampoo mostly everytime I shower. I use head and shoulders even though I don't have dandruff. sometimes I use other stuff... basically whatever is in the shower.
DAmmnit I spelled everyday wrong. EVERY DAY

I use the Aussie brand of shampoo (purple bottle.) I love it.

I don't think you need to shower every day. Otherwise your skin dries out or something. Maybe if you do some kind of heavy lifting or get pooed on then you probably have to take a shower.

i wash my hair everytime i shower, your not meant to wash your hair everyday cus its bad for it, washes away certain things it needs then it dries out, so i tend to wash every other day, which happens to be the same as my gym timing. i dont like how head and shoulders smells
