are you serious?  Sure, it had excellent graphics and the violence was fun,  but the story blows.  I'd wait for it to come out on vid. and rent it.  Not worth the $8

Sigh, another weekend where I won't see the movie... I've gotten so far behind on watching new movies (like Episode III, Hitchhiker's Guide, The Incredibles Cheesy, etc).  Sad

war of the worlds is out soon

and so many more remakes! and a shed load of comic films coming out, this picture just about did it for me (well i cant ifnd the one that caught my eye but its close enough)

cus the other two are space stuff and have lots of fx.  the incredibles is just...well...incredible Cheesy

problem is when you remake a classic film unless you do it perfect a lot of people will be very sceptic
