Background skill from the list, you gain four points in it. Background feat from the list, you gain that feat.
Then, any of the feats you fit the prerequisites for, and an Armsman bonus feat, such as Power Attack, from the list under the Armsman entry.
This will start once the bulk of my GCSEs are done, the end of next week.
