err...yeah its too easy to get lv10...i got there in about 5mins with a few solid pillages

if thats the case, then i'll get spy defense mercs depending on what new spy ops are added...I'm not lettin no mercs touch my beautiful shiny weapons Cheesy

keep in mind you can only get as many as you have fortification levels.
