oh, the outer banks are nice. it's cool, cause on one side it's all super wavey, then on the other side there's like 0 waves, cause those little islands block them all.

yeah im a little late on this, but im 18, got my own car and license. I know theres a few people near me with no license--if they can get to me or they aren't too far outta the way, i could drive a couple people.
