Do the carjacking chances ever go above 40%?
Just that I don't think I ever seen it go much higher...
What's everyone's position anyway? (I assume that's the equivalent of ranking?)
Mine's:
#6500
(hmm... 30% of the way to Assassin...)
opper: just noticed in your quote(in the game).... stealing a car with 100% damage is NOT good, from the game mechanics... the car's completely wasted with a 100% damage. (they seem to give only 1k no matter how good the cars originally were)

(they seem to give only 1k no matter how good the cars originally were) -yes the carjacking goes over 40%, the best i get is 50% and i think that's the max -#1903, another 24% to get local chief and yeah i know about the cars it's ironic... i got a caddy on 2% that's the best i got so far |

currently have these two as the costliest:
Cadillac 85 Fleetwood 20% $58520
Audi 920 2% $61886
and watch out, changes in the game system lets the feds confiscate cars randomly...

sell the audi, only keep caddi's and rolls' at low damage to do oc's the rest are only good for money (and if you ever want to join a family, save all the 1k cars, as you can get 12 bullets from them)

crud.... after not finding much of bullets on sale, now i see the need to save these junks... wonder if i can join a family soon... but then i guess i should wait till i get a few million, one for banking, another for protection, another for buying bullets, and 200k for the best plane (already have Fleet 7, and 260k on hand)... that'll be 3.2mill... hmmmm..... 40% left till i become an assassin really would be nice if it was possible for me to join in an OC.... (the car's at New York, and can afford up to 260k at the moment  ) |

If I concentrated on playing this game, I could probably become an assassin by tonight... let's see how I do...
