Nah, I don't think that would be possible. Incompatible blood-types probably.

Been covered. Stillborn.

Humans and Orcs, and Humans and Elves work fine; most other unions will result in stillbirth, or nothing at all.

hmm... i thought humans + orcs = half-orcs; elves + orcs = trolls or goblins... unless i forgot this part of the detail in LotR when i read the books long time ago...

anywho, i love magic-using races... which tends to be humans, elves, half-elves, and at times, dark elves and drows...

uh, dark elves = drow? :miffed:
Trolls are trolls are trolls.
I have heard claims that "orc" is just the hobbit word for "goblin", but even if that was originally true, the two are clearly different now.

depends on what mythology you go by...

heres a much simplified version

orc = lotr talk for goblin it explains at the start of "the hobbit"
orc = elves tortured and corrupted by morgoth in the dark years. Therefore dark elves may be interpreted as orcs in LOTR. However, the dark elves also apply to all of the elves who at the comming of Orome grew afraid and ran off, therefore they were neither of the sindar, or the eldar. Maybe they were all corrupted by Morgoth or killed, it dosen't say. There was also a dark elf called Eol...but he was just wierd and never went out...

in norse mythology dark elf = dvergar = kinda dwarf guys

edit: yup...first post in here...not bad

It will, once I've got control of Microsoft and Macromedia, I can put subliminal messaging into IE & Flash making them accept my distinct Orcs, Goblins, Elves, Dark Elves, Dwarves, and everything else. Tongue
