unless you mean to tell me that you don't drink any carbonated beverages, you're taking in caffeine.
of course, unless you mean you drink like only 7-up as your soda...

but, what matters is that you don't take in too much of any one thing, and keep it controlled

there's lots of caffiene free soda out there...not just 7-up.  most soda companies make a caffiene free version of their sodas

i don't drink that much soda anymore because it isn't really available to me...and i'm trying to lose about 20 pounds
