Wow... we need to take a 20 question multiple choice test for our permits.  One of the questions on mine was literally: can you identify a stop sign and yield sign from this collection of street signs.  LOL

Driving age here is 17. And Chris completely fucked up his theory, so Pete has bragging rights!
