well SS, i guess i come in the very small group of Pro-Communism, Pro-Kazaa users.  

though i do agree with you, you are right in saying most people would be anti-commi, pro-kazaa.  its as simple as this, normal people are greedy, they dont care about the principle of the matter.  they are against the principle of communism, but they are eager for kazaa/similar apps because its all free and they dont even have to share or do anything.

mmm...i sucked at starcraft, never got into it properly.  i got into warcraft II a lot, and owned that.  i tried warcraft III for a month or two, got to about level 12 and then quit cos it wasnt as fun as SF or WCII.  strategy games are wearing out on me for some reason, waiting for something new and amazing, (but not something from westwood!)

yeh i read it about a 2 months ago so i'll try and explain, but you understand more once you read the whole series actually.  umm...not sure what your talking about trolloc army and all, but the ropes of darkness and all that are the forsaken's links to The Dark One if i remember correctly, which are also referred to with Asmodean much later...(not a spoiler SS, just pointing it out)...

anywho...something about them being made when they first swear to the dark one.  i think the ropes also have something to do with their life as well, it might even be their thread to the pattern that he cuts??  i'm not 100% sure on any of this though...

umm...it was his first one and it was actually really badly written, the whole "Eye of the World" thing in general was a bit wierd, but it made you want to read the next one and that's what mattered, cos 2 and 3 were pretty ausome and 4,5,6 rocked complete arse.

lol pete, firearms is not the future.  i tried firearms before i started play cs, and i really really liked it at first, but now im over it.  anywho...

i play counter-strike pretty much everyday, i love the game.  the fact that the half-life engine is getting a bit old and outdated doesnt mean shit, its still one of the best engines out there.  ive tried most of the other mod's of HL, and personally nothing comes even close to cs.  the aim, structure and overall idea of the whole game is bloody brilliant, and its by far the most addictive game i ever played (besides pacman, lemmings and elastomania...)

i play competition counter-strike most of the time, i work at a LAN center so i'm usually running the competitions there, but at the big money comps, eg. state comps, me and the other 4 of my team usually play.  

anywho...i love cs, just thought i'd let you all know..

hey SS, this topic mainly for you, but also for anyone else who can actually answer.  Im wondering why you choose to use Cold Fusion.  i dont actually know much about it, ive never really looked into it.  i know html and basic java script, and im just wondering what the pro's and con's of CF are...

on another short note, what did you use to write Ri'thanlian?  is it C++ or something else?

guys...internet just went down.  ive called my provider, they say its going to be down for the next day and a half.  i dont have access to a working connected computer tonight (im across the road at a friends house right now) so im sorry i wont be able to be there.  umm...i hope im not dead, and i hope you realised wat happened.  if you didnt...

as you know, been doing a musical for the last week or so, went for 3and a 1/2 hours every night, havent gotten to sleep before 1am and had to go to school by 9am.  anywayz, it finished on thursday night, and we had the afters party, so i didnt get any sleep that night, then i had school on friday which i had a little sleep at, 'bout an hour, and then home.  i stayed up till about 3, and then i decided i'd have a rest on the couch until zwanzig got there and we started, and i sorta fell asleep, hehehehehe.  really sorry, thanx whoever played my character, but im sorry to say ur gonna have to do it again, or something.
