XTCDear god Dear god, hope you get the letter and... I pray you can make it better down here I don't mean a big reduction in the price of beer But all the people that you made in your image See them starving in the street 'Cause they don't get enough to eat from god I can't believe in you
Dear god, sorry to disturb you but... I feel that I should be heard loud and clear We all need a big reduction in amount of tears And all the people that you made in your image See them fighting in the street 'Cause they can't make opinions meet about god I can't believe in you
Did you make disease and the diamond blue? Did you make mankind after we made you? And the devil too!
Dear god don't know if you noticed but... Your name is on a lot of quotes in this book And us crazy humans wrote it, you should take a look And all the people that you made in your image still believing that junk is true Well I know it ain't, and so do you Dear god I can't believe in I don't believe
I won't believe in heaven or hell No saints, no sinners, no devil as well No pearly gates, no thorny crown You're always letting us humans down The wars you bring, the babes you drown Those lost at sea and never found And it's the same the whole world 'round The hurt I see helps to compound That father, son and holy ghost Is just somebody's unholy hoax And if you're up there you'll perceive That my heart's here upon my sleeve If there's one thing I don't believe in
It's you Dear god

Goodbye America The Unseen
yeah everything bothers me just about everything that i see no need for a flag or a country raise your finger if you agree
the problems won't go away if we keep our rage at bay the filth and slime will always stay if we choose to ignore and play
goodbye america! fish you america! goodbye america! fish you!
the stars and strips are prison bars they won't let you get too far the rule over many by the few you can't police my mind because i won't let you
Goodbye america, fish you america goodbye america, fish you!
pledge allegence to your self not greed, power, war, and wealth remember you were born a human being not a part of their machine
Good bye america, fish you america Goodbye america, fish you!
NO MORE SOCIAL ORDER!

If you havent seen it yet, GO SEE IT!! You're ubercool if you see the midnight showing hehe.. saw the midnight showing the night of the 16th.. *spoiler* thought the end was too corny though.. and the fight-scènes way too blurry.. didn't like the fact that legolas had to 'surf' again also.. nevertheless, great film

I just love it.. a scene Everous will probably like: Arthur: Old Woman! Dennis: Man! Arthur: Man. Sorry. What Knight lives in that castle over there? Dennis: I'm thirty-seven. Arthur: I-- what? Dennis: I'm thirty-seven. I'm not Old. Arthur: Well, I can't just call you 'Man'. Dennis: Well, you could say 'Dennis'. Arthur: Well, I didn't know you were called 'Dennis'. Dennis: Well, you didn't bother to find out, did you? Arthur: I did say 'sorry' about the 'Old Woman', but from the behind you looked-- Dennis: What I object to is that you automatically treat me like an inferior! Arthur: Well, I am King! Dennis: Oh, King, eh, very nice. And how d'you get that, eh? By exploiting the workers! By 'anging on to outdated imperialist dogma which perpetuates the economic and social differences in our society. If there's ever going to be any progress with the-- Woman: Dennis, there's some Lovely filth down here. Oh! How d'you do? Arthur: How do you do, good lady? I am Arthur, King of the Britons. Who's castle is that? Woman: King of the who? Arthur: The Britons. Woman: Who are the Britons? Arthur: Well, we all are. We are all Britons, and I am your king. Woman: I didn't know we had a king. I thought we were an autonomous collective. Dennis: You're fooling yourself. We're living in a dictatorship: a self-perpetuating autocracy in which the working classes-- Woman: Oh, there you go bringing class into it again. Dennis: That's what it's all about. If only people would hear of-- Arthur: Please! Please, good people. I am in haste. Who lives in that castle? Woman: No one lives there. Arthur: Then who is your lord? Woman: We don't have a lord. Arthur: What? Dennis: I told you. We're an anarcho-syndicalist commune. We take it in turns to act as a sort of executive Officer for the week,... Arthur: Yes. Dennis: ...but all the decision of that Officer have to be ratified at a special bi-weekly meeting... Arthur: Yes, I see. Dennis: ...by a simple majority in the case of purely internal affairs,... Arthur: Be quiet! Dennis: ...but by a two-thirds majority in the case of more major-- Arthur: Be quiet! I order you to be quiet! Woman: Order, eh? Who does he think he is? Heh. Arthur: I am your king! Woman: Well, I didn't vote for you. Arthur: You don't vote for kings. Woman: Well, how did you become King, then? Arthur: The Lady of the Lake,... [angels sing] ...her arm clad in the purest shimmering samite, held aloft Excalibur from the bosom of the water signifying by Divine Providence that I, Arthur, was to carry Excalibur. [singing stops] That is why I am your king! Dennis: Listen. Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a Mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony. Arthur: Be quiet! Dennis: Well, but you can't expect to wield supreme executive power just 'cause some watery tart threw a sword at you! Arthur: Shut up! Dennis: I mean, if I went 'round saying I was an emperor just because some moistened bint had lobbed a scimitar at me, they'd put me away! Arthur: Shut up, will you? Shut up! Dennis: Ah, now we see the violence inherent in the system. Arthur: Shut up! Dennis: Oh! Come and see the violence inherent in the system! Help! Help! I'm being repressed! Arthur: Bloody peasant! Dennis: Oh, what a give-away. Did you hear that? Did you hear that, eh? That's what I'm on about. Did you see him repressing me? You saw it, didn't you?

Tricky - Black Steel
Martina: I got a letter from the government The other day Opened it and read it It said they were suckers They wanted me for their army or whatever Picture me givin’ a damn, I said never Here is a land that never gave a damn About a brother like myself Because I never did I wasn’t wit’ it, but just that very minute... It occurred to me The suckers had authority Cold sweatin’ as I dwell in my cell How long has it been? They got me sittin’ in the state pen I gotta get out, but that thought was thought before I contemplated a plan on the cell floor I’m not a fugitive on the run But a brother like me begun, to be another one Public enemy servin’ time, they drew the line y’all They criticize me for some crime
I got a letter, I got a letter, I got a letter Picture me given’ a damn, I said never Mmm...mmm...mmm It occurred to me The suckers had authority Cold sweatin’ as I dwell in my cell How long has it been? They got me sittin’ in the state pen I gotta get out, but that thought was thought before

Tricky: Many switch in, switch on, switch off x5
Martina: Nevertheless they could not understand That I’m a black man, and I could never be a veteran. On the strength of situations, I’m real. I got a raw deal, so I’m lookin’ for the steel Looking for the steel.

seems there's a theme building here..
Mental - Eels
Its like I’m dressed up in my mothers clothing Its like I’m talking to a voice that doesnt exist Its like I got a wire crossed upstairs But all I want is just a little truth and thats it
They say I’m mental but I’m just confused Thay say I’m mental but I’ve been abused They say I’m mental cause I’m not amused my it all
Another anchor man is on the t.v. He’s got that far away and vacant look in his eyes I turn the channel but nothings changing The only truth is that everythings a lie
They say I’m mental but I’m just confused Thay say I’m mental but I’ve been abused They say I’m mental cause I’m not amused my it all
There’s truth in everything There’s truth in lies With all this knowledge I think I’m gonna be wise
They say I’m mental but I’m just confused Thay say I’m mental but I’ve been abused They say I’m mental cause I’m not amused my it all Not at all Not at all

What 'bout this one? Clawfinger - Warfair
Do you know how it feels to be down in the dirt With a bullet in your breast and blood on your shirt Lying in a bloodpool down in a pit Covered with the corpse and the blood and the shit
How does it feel to have a gun to your head When you know that you'd be much better off dead Looking right down through the barrel of a gun Don't try to tell me that you think it's fun
Praying for your mercy don't say you see the light What difference does it make if the good lord's right At the end of the war the survivors are none B'cos war is a loss a war can't be won
You're just another soldier and you're doing the dying You're a symbol of a nation so boy stop crying Hero of a war such a man so brave A medal's worth nothing when you're lying in your grave
Do you know the pain Marching into history, marching into war Can you feel the shame Marching into misery, you function as a whore Do you know the pain Marching into history, marching into war Can you feel the shame War fair war fair war fair war fair
5 o'clock in the morning and they shout out your name But they don't really care cos you all look the same Now this is the army and we train to kill Our job is to give you that fighting will
So get off your knees and stand straight like a man Do I have to tell you twice to make you understand Freedom has a price and that price is blood So chase the motherfisher right down in the mud
Do you know the pain Marching into history, marching into war Can you feel the shame Marching into misery, you function as a whore Do you know the pain Marching into history, marching into war Can you feel the shame
Do you know the pain .... War fair war fair war fair
Ignore all your feelings just go all the way Cos if you don't then death is the price you have to pay This ain't peace and love no man this is war Don't even dare to ask what you're fighting for
Just search and destroy, never question a lie You don't want to bite the bullet boy you don't want to die Don't try to tell me that you couldn't kill a man That's a load of fishing bullshit boy I know you can
Do you know the pain Marching into history, marching into war Can you feel the shame Marching into misery, you function as a whore Do you know the pain Marching into history, marching into war Can you feel the shame
Do you know the pain Marching into history, marching into war Can you feel the shame Do you know the pain Marching into history, marching into war Can you feel the shame

HEY Bobby Marley. Sing Someting good to me This world go crazy... It’s an emergency...
HEY Bobby Marley. Sing Someting good to me This world go crazy... It’s an emergency...
HEY Bobby Marley. Sing Someting good to me This world go crazy... It’s an emergency...etc.
Tonight I watch through my window... And I can’t see no light Tonight I watch through my window... And I can’t see no rights.

Zapata's blood - Rage Against The Machine Like they deserve Wasn't spilt in vein So now you're pullin' the moves pullin' the moves pullin' the moves We'll wage, we'll wage we'll wage war To replace our name Some guys got blurred So now you're pullin' the moves, pullin' the moves, pullin' the moves We'll wage, we'll wage, we'll wage war To reclaim our terrain
On January 1st, 1994 The indigenous farmers of Southern Mexico Declared war on an unjust and illigitimate government
Of of the debt of the most wild, the most poor Came a just arm struggle for democracy, justice, and liberty And it won't stop until that 65 year old dictatorship, the Partido Revolucionario Institucional (Institutional Revolutionary Party) is buired in the ground and the people's voicce is heard once again
So check it out: On January 1st, they became known as the Zapatista movement And they have a saying, and I want you all to sing along with me real quick. It goes something like this It goes, everything for everyone... and nothing for ourselves. Everything for everyone, and nothing for ourselves. Everything for everyone, and nothing for ourselves. Everything for everyone, and nothing for ourselves. Yeah, sing that shit... Everything for everyone, and nothing for ourselves. Everything for everyone, and nothing for ourselves. Everything for everyone, and nothing for ourselves. Everything for everyone, and nothing for ourselves...

Now it's on - Grandaddy
Now that the cay's in place Where the sea is to be It seems to be that I'm seasoned to be In a season of the old me
I wouldn't trade my place I got no reason to be Weathered and withering Like in a season of the old me
Bust the lock off the front door Once you're outside you won't want to hide anymore Light the light on the front porch Once it's on you're never wanna turn it off anymore And now it's on
Now it's on
Now that the lake's in place Where the dead sea is to be It seems that I'm seasoned to be In a season of the old me I wouldn't trade my place I got no reason to be Weathered and Withering Like in a season of the old me
Bust the lock off the front door Once you're outside you won't want to hide anymore Light the light on the front porch Once it's on you're never wanna turn it off anymore And now it's on
And now it's on And now it's on And now it's on Now it's on Now it's on
