I'm baaaaaacckkkkk.... Only for a little while.
I missed out on that April 17 Weekend Event, gah.
My favorite build: Elementalist/Monk.
A wonderful mass-killing tank against weak opponents(so many auto-healing continual-effect spells, oh my!), it can kill monsters quickly if needed(60damage fireballs and who-knows-what damage with meteor storm), and does wonders in team/co-op missions(130+ heal other)
I'd try an Elementalist/Ranger and Warrior/Monk, but the El/Mo build is my top build.

I'll be taking 24 credits next semester. I'll need 26 and 27 credits for each of the semesters in my final year, combined with 12 credits during summer which... if it wasn't for the 14-credit absolute limit, I'd need to take 1-2 more classes.
And STILL probably won't graduate with both accounting and information system degrees. Fun. Wonder if they'll take bribing? Maybe ask if they'll accept electives for accounting major in one of the CS courses...

Didn't read all the posts, so I maybe repeating what was said, but... Some states/districts had a checkbox that you had to put a check on to make sure the damned people won't think you're a retard. (yes. that's right. mentally instable. and if you didn't check off, your vote got scrapped.) Anyways, on one hand you have a guy named after PUBIC HAIR. On the other hand, you've got a smartass guy that basically can say all he wants and could get away with it. On the remote off-hand, you've got an insane lunatic for the Green Party. In the jails, you've got, I believe, two former candidates that got taken away because they tried to enter the Presidential debates. That's not much of a choice, folks. (Try matching the people that WERE available with the descriptions I gave, it's fun... btw, the two people you probably won't know about are: Michael Badnarik and Green David Cobb ) Edit: Looky all the problems found in the election vote counts

BPSITE / BPSITE Headquarters / Scott Peterson Guilty
|

The evidences that were put up against Scott Peterson were all circumstancial. And any incriminating confessions were a result of help by Scott's lover, I believe...
And I thought they found either only the torso of Laci Peterson, or the body without the head... Oh well.
In either case, it was interesting, since without finding the actual weapon or the like(not found), there's plenty of room for doubt(yet, they unanimously gave the go).... and in a "court of justice", the jury is not to convict with even a hint of reasonable doubt, especially when the matter can possibly involve a death sentence. (not that I'm saying that he's innocent or guilty...that's been decided already by the court. It's just that it's interesting. )

As to saints: THEY ARE NOT RAISED TO THE SAME STANDARD AS GOD. No one in Christianity reaches that plateau. The saints are mearly individuals who lead exemplary and holy lives, and who serve as good role models for how we should act. They are not special in any other way. The "original" Church believed in the trinity, heaven/hell, and the immortal soul- in fact, Jesus taught that all of those existed. And yes, while mingling the early Christian-Jewish religon (since it was based predominantly on Judaism) and the pagans existed, has it in any way detrimentally affected the Church? hrrm... alright, I apologize for my misconception that the saints were deified. But that still doesn't change the fact that there are idols of them all around. Whatever happened to the Ten Commandments, "Thou shalt not create images of any kind"? and this applies not just to the saints, but also to all the crosses, statues, etc... enlighten me, where on earth did Jesus teach the existence of trinity, hell, and the immortal soul? in all the years that i've been reading the bible itself, not once have i come across a passage that remotely acknowledges such a thing. "detrimented the Church"? no, if that means making the faith compromised from the original teachings by Jesus just to have more people into the Church. Jesus' teachings, which were based upon previous books in the Bible, should be the sole source of faith as the name "Christian" implies. Previous rant concerning the three topics trinity, hell, and the immortal soul can be found here. If you're too lazy to read through the 5th and 6th page (minus the random posts i stuck in there), i'll be copy-pasting entire sections of it here

Yes, why are the Bible and Members of the Christian Church so hippocritical? and to throw a flaming torch at everyone, i present to you realizing-weeks-too-late-that-this-thread-existed-or-rather-that-this-forum-still-existed post and a quote and a reply concerning one: Current Christian Church. Which do you mean? Roman Catholic? Methodist? Protestant? Or some other denominations that vaguely stemmed from Roman Catholic? In any case, the only true Christians as I see it are the First Century Christians and those that try to follow their footsteps. (And when I mean that, I mean the first generation of Christians, in the first century CE.) Anything later, and any Christians afterwards have been well infused by pagan ideas and thoughts, namely Norse, Greek, Babylonian, Roman, etc(don't take my word for it, look it up. I'm working off my memory right now)... Why else would Christmas coinside with the Sun God's pagan holiday? Why else would there be all these holidays (Jesus commanded only one event to be commemorated, and nothing else.) and saints (deification of normal humans, almost to the same status as God. That's breaking one of the Ten Commandments.)? Only after a century or two after Jesus died did the "Christians" extensively intermingled with the Greek theologians, and from there(and other modes of exchange of ideas) they borrowed/added hell, immortal soul, trinity, etc. into their beliefs. The God, and the beliefs that current main-stream "Christians" believe aren't in fact what the First Century Christians believed. I'd have mentioned more, but I think I've already repeated enough what I've mentioned before in a thread of mine in the Temple of Callignosity... Besides, it's getting long, too.

yeah. 3rd-person multiplayer cartoon-y mini-war kinda game
the lag/time-outs are a bummer, because on the one hand it can and will mess up your aim which could mean a matter of deciding who wins and who loses, and on the other hand it can kick you out of the game and out of the program... if it does that you'll have to re-run the game and log back in, etc...
