Not much experiences with maxtor here, I've always been a big WD person (as you can probably tell from my system). I have had friends who had good experiences with them, but I have also had friends call me for help and they always gave me a pain in the ass. Goodluck with it though Wink
2  BPSITE / Arts & Literature / LOTR on: December 24, 2003, 06:09:29 AM
Saw it midnight on the 17th.. or some people would say 16th, though 17th is correct ;] I prefered the book, just as I do with all books which become movies, but I still think that it was great. especially if you watch the extended versions of fellowship & two towers before going to see ROTK.. but damn your ass hurts afterwords. Anyhow, I agree it was stretched and could have been better. Whatever, I enjoyed it none the less Wink Glad to see people have taken a true interest in LOTR, i really hate it when people read a book just because they saw the movie.. it should be the other way around, but I guess it is a way of getting kids to read books they would never normally touch due to their size Smiley

4  The Great Alliance / The Great City / What's your rank? on: December 21, 2003, 04:06:17 AM
Thanks for your words. I'm quite excited to hear that the alliance is as kind as I had thought it sounded. I'll make a post as you suggested.. wasn't sure if i should or if it was for people that had been accepted. Thanks! Smiley

Wow, I just learned of the alliance and applied a couple hours ago. Then I came here and realized how powerful everyone is and I can only hope to be accepted, but you all seem kind enough to welcome a weakling like myself (for the moment Wink). Well, I just started playing again today and had about 800 attack turns saved up.. so I went from being ranked to extremely low to.. well, still pretty bad, currently at 59,598. Well I am sure I will be visiting here often, and I hope that you will find it in your hearts to accept me into your alliance  Cheesy
