well i made one at cyberinfo.com a while ago and it was pretty decent for a semi-newbish website. unlimited photo uploads no popups (just a little banner type thing at the top  <_< ) you can have quite a few pages not sure.

anyway they changed the sites looks but i dont think it's as good anymore but you can try it out i suppose
