i'm thinking about taking the name of tga into another game. and you can make your own alliance in the game. it's a harder game than koc, but it's fun.

whats your opinions?

when you start.. here is advice, if your warrior, only make warriors, if your a wizard or warlock, just build wizards. you have to make your own equipment, and it isnt cheap, when u start!

also, if u do sign up, i need your name a settlement, so i know who u are

hi, I just signed up, I am The DS Empire, settlement 35.

EDIT:  this looks really complex, someone's gonna have to explain this game to me.

it xplainz alot..... but heres the rundown what i have learned.....
1.  choose your class, and only build / train / get upgrades for that unit.
2.  build lots of houses, and 1/4 the # of houses should be farms. have maybe 10 barracks. and if you need 2 train bows, get a few lumber mills.... 1 lumber mill gives u 2 wood per tick.
3.  if your a wizard, dont build golems right now.. something is screwey with the golems, and has yet 2 be fixed.
4.  always have enough units, exploring for more land.... LAND is Better Than Mountains.
5.  always have some some of the unitz called thief. it's basicly like spies for Koc. you just have to learn how to read the info. *i'm still learning this:P*
6.  when building more troops, after u get a crapload, it's cheaper to disband and rebuild... but then again for an hour you have no defence...
7.  have all mountains getting you gold. after a week i'll give you iron for making your weapons and armour, but gold is needed more at the start.. so dont worry about the iron, cuz once you get your weapons / armour trained... iron is unneeded *unless your a wizard, u can train iron golemz... but the gollem thing is broken.. and i lose 260,000 golems :( damn busted gollem shit.. i was doing good too*

anyway theres the startoff you need. any other questions, lemme know.... but we need 15 total players.. for the alliance

will this game take lots o time? because i don't think i'll have lots o time...

i check on it 3 times a day, and spend maybe 5 - 10 min on it
when i get up, when i get done with classes. b4 i go to bed.

well, since im already doing koc and l.o.l, i dont wanna do more than 3 of them right now. which one do u think i should do?

Both really. You don't have to do much. L.O.L You can let your account idle til you get lots of attack turns. I usually only spend about 3 minutes on Sabin and Mideval each.

well, ill start with sabin, and then maybe ill move on and do the other one as well after im settled.

Alright. When you join Sabin, go to Guild Center, scroll down til you see TGA, then request membership.

With just me and Xyph TGA has a power of 1 mil.

but on the normal one.. MB. turns every 30 min. i alone have a power of 8.5 million mwahahahahaha

You don't join under anyone in mideval battles.

just make an account, then click on guild centers, scroll down till you find the TGA guild *it has a pic of a guy swinging a sword* then go over to the right side of the screen, and click request membership

Which version of LoTGD do you play? I play the version where its one day per hour.

i play the regular version, where it's like 6ish hours per day...

I have played almost all of those that Filran has and another one called Iwars... but I don't like any of them as much as KOC  :P  ... so I only play KOC now and I am trying to look at that  Medieval Battles one... haven't played that one befor and if I like it I might play it too... but right now it won't load for me  :(  

when it wont load, that means the admins of it are doing something on the server.. i asked about it ;)

Build an empire, expand and kill. Its a very deep game which may put some people off, but some may flourish in the open-ended atmosphere, there is no one way to approach the game. Unfortunately its a very single-player game, you may form clans but its nigh-on impossible to form them with predefined people.

Empire building game, theres no quite as much variation as Shadowmere in tackling the game, but it also means its not as complexed either. Its been around since forever so the game is already highly developed and balanced, also hosted on godlike servers. Its a team-based game but you are placed into your clans randomly, so you may end up with terrible team mates.

Think empire building, think attacking foreign lands...think nukes. Empire building in the modern era, gameplay is fairly linear...though i've seen some novel stabs it rarely works out decently. Its a good fun game, and probably the closest to KOC listed here...though like utopia its far more advanced. Clan based play is possible and encouraged.

Utopia, but a lot less confusing. Thats not to say its a simplistic copy, as some areas of the game are more developed than Utopia. Though it is less established I find the gameplay more satisfying. Heavily team orientated, and unlike Utopia you may form your own region.

not really like any of the above, you create your own nation with policies. No invasions, no fighting, not even any raw numbers to go by. Every day you get a maximum of 2 issues which you have to deal with in order to develop your nation and government. There are boards open for roleplayers.

a browser based, RPG game. The graphics leave a lot to be desired, but the gameplay is very addictive. There is a big update planned on Dec 1st which will give the game a complete overhaul. It will in fact be called Runescape 2 by that time. I suggest waiting for the update before you start the game.

well ok...the western betas aren't up yet. Actually i'm not sure if its even going to be an open beta. In any case this is one amazing MMORPG...definately one of the most anticipated out there. The original lineage game has FIVE MILLION subscribers...that sure beats the hell outta any western RPG...just look at it...and weep
