Title: Suggestions for a website name? Post by: Hornet on December 28, 2006, 07:30:00 AM I'm now considering setting up design shop properly, with a formal website and such, rather than doing odd bits of coding here and there, working from an e-mail address. The problem being that I need a nice, catchy name that hasn't already been nabbed. I was going to use RiverDark, but that was a few months ago and some *^%$#@ sod's taken it since then. My creative well has run somewhat dry since, and rather than tapping in semi-random names and constantly being presented with ad-filled instasites, I thought I'd ask if anyone had any ideas. Please don't type them into a registrar's site to see if they're available though, as some buy all names queried through them, and charge you a fortune to buy them back again. I'm after a .com and the .co.uk of the same name by preference, although if it's a really good name then I'll consider the .org instead. Thank you all. |
