I hate applications.  They ask for the most ridiculous information.

I'm going to be trained as a Software Quality Assurance Game Tester by EA (Electronic Arts) for $11 an hour, if they like me I'll be working there for the summer.  Training doesn't start until June the 5th.

I have in interview with Target.... as soon as they call me.

those bastards at Target never called me back.  I had to call them 3 times and by the third time she said that they'll call me for an interview, which was stupid because they told me to call after a week.  LALALLALALAALALALA X_X

Well, I officially started advertising for my job today- giving music lessons!  Now I hope my dad stops nagging me to do work...  :P

The last job I had was a three day waitressing and kitchen assistant temp contract. I was essentially an all-singing, all-dancing monkey in a waistcoat, looking after posh people and fulfilling a decorative function in a dining marquee half of the time, and either running errands for chefs or doing drying up in the kitchens the other half. It was kind of fun though.  :hehe:

Before that, I've done admin, reception, and worked in an estates department, meaning I took calls for maintenance and passed them on to the appropriate engineer/electrician/plumbers etc. That one was in a mental hospital though, so was kind of interesting.

Now it's back to the jobseeking hamster wheel for a while.  <_<  

Louise makes me feel like a juvenile. I'm just going into my first payed per hour job :alien:

I just figured that for ever month of this job it'll take one day out of that month to pay for my gas to get to and from work  ;)

still sucks a bit, i ride my bike to work as its all downhill and 5-10 mins away, though it gets icy in the winter  :miffed:

no sadly it is, but i tend not to wear a jumper coming back in the winter and in the summer it balances out wearing 3/4's late in the evening because i blast my way back up the hill

one good thing about jobs is that you can take PAID vacations.  yes, yes. and mmm-hmm.

Now you see, I thought that hill was the other way around. Funny old world.

I'm a full time temp... figure that one out   ;)
lets just say that paid vacations is one of the things that I don't get :(
