Title: Soccer Post by: opperdude on July 03, 2004, 10:32:10 PM greece isn't about the players, i'm quite confident that we'll never hear of most of them again (they won't become stars suddenly...) it's the team, the spirit, the mentality, the underdog position and the coach that'll make them champions (i think...) as far as i know a host country never became champion, but well... they allmost allways got knocked out in the semi finals, and portugal knocked us out there... as everybody knows, there's cheating, lies and there are statistics (or something like that...)

I don't care who wins, because I think both teams are ecstatic for getting as far as they did, and second place is a great acheivement for either of them.
