Title: Hey Look, Another Question!
Post by: evilknight on March 26, 2004, 11:49:25 PM
Ok, ive come across some sound files that i find fairly funny, mainly, These. (http://www.homestarrunner.com/homester.html)
each of those sounds represents a different funcion in windows, either deleting a file, shuting down, starting up, or an error message.
does anybody know what i would have to do to actually set those to play when that funcion occurs?

Control Panel - Sounds and Audio devices (change to classic view, its easyer to find) - click the Sounds tab, and there you have it.

hehe, of course.
the #1 rule of windows.
whenever you need to fix or change something, go to the control panel.

yeah, but you gotta remember: I grew up using dos, as a fucking six year old, because back then, all the good games were played through dos.  So therefore, I didnt grow up with the need to master windows. So I didn't. :D
