i've gotten into the top 500 before, back in age two.  it was near the beginning the first time, and then later in the middle.  then i got sabbed and i decided to get immune and go all attack after that :D

Age 2 I was ranked 95, before sabbing became popular....  <_<

BTW- how did a guy with 2 men make it into the top 10?  LOL

how does a guy who doesn't know how to use the bold/italics get so many posts :P

the spy level is added as an exponent somewhere in the spy equation.  no exponent = no covert action :hmmm:

Ummm... I think if you have 1 spy, and 0 covert skill, you would either have 1 or 2 as a Covert Action.  :unsure:

Don't you start at spy level 1?  And then with one spy you would have skill?

O if skill is in the equation as an exponenet, like 2^(Spy level)*(Number of Men) or something then 2^(0)*1=1*1=1.
(Remember anything to the power of zero equals 1)

So either way you'd still get a point if you just trained a spy.

No, unit production and spy levels are both 0 at the beginning of an age.  

i konw exactly how they did it, the made new accounts, when you actived an account that was already there, you got 1K gold, something like that, but when age 2 started if you made a new account you still got 50K gold, buy some def and attack weapons, and train a spy or two and your top ten.

No one made it up. It's mathematics.

Look:
2^-3 = 1/8
2^-2 = 1/4
2^-1 = 1/2
2^0 = 1/1
2^1 = 2/1
2^2 = 4/1
2^3 = 8/1

See the pattern?
A negative number gives 1 over a number, and a positive gives a number over 1.
Because zero is neither/both positive and negative, it has 1 over 1. Which is 1.

Never thought of it that way.  Of course, the reason I occasionally have trouble in math is because I don't understand the simple things.  LOL

Time to expand the scope of these bragging rights in KoC,  I was the first person to start a public dwarf only alliance.  It lasted for almost all of age 1, but when age 1 got stale and people stopped playing, it slowly died.  It was called the Dwarf Confederacy.  I'm sure some of you remember xyph, he was a member of it in addition to TGA.  It died from staleness and strangely, I still have the e-mail addresses of at least 2/3's of the more loyal members.

Ever think of emailing those members and telling them to join TGA? ;)

my highest rank ever in age 2 was 16...but that was in the beginning before people got really strong.  too bad i didn't take a screenshot of it :P

well yeah it does that when you first start drinking it.  you get use tio it though.

Chai, it's a heavy milk tea originating in India, though that's a little redundant as the word chai means tea!  :P   Very good, especially Green Tea chai, specifically Oregon Green Tea chai, though I also like Pacific's vanilla chai.

As far as a screenshot goes, do you see a print screen button on your keyboard, should be around the upper right side.  Press it, and it copies the screen.  Then you just have to paste it in word or graphics program of your choice.

gah  you arnt supposed to add milk  to tea or coffee whats up with you weird peoiple.  its supposed to be black, cold, and bitter as hell.  no frills.

Screenshots prove nothing - I could make a "screenshot" that showed LordStriker at rank 666 and nobody would be able to tell the difference from the real thing.
