Hi there,
i am just waiting for my request to be accepted or denied from you guys.
But before that i have some questions.
I would be happy if you can answer me.

1)How i will get into alliance?
Pass them all in my officers list?
2)How will you know if someone attacked me and the opposite?
3)Thats a game question:
To avoid sabotage what it counts?
I mean only the spy lvl or/and the spies number?

1) not sure watcha mean
2)once you are accepted into the alliance you can access The Great Fortress and there you can make attack requests and find out when we go to war and things like that
3) In order to avoid sabotage, you have to become sab-immune.  If you haven't seen this, there is a thread at GUA (http://giveupalready.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=30326) which has some good information about how you can get sab-proof.

P.S.- It's nice to hear from a new member; remember if you have time come and visit in the Headquarters...there is much fun to be had. :D  

Warning- the HQ is an aquired taste.  ;)

And as long as you stay active, you'll pick up quite a few hints/advice from other people.   :D

To stop a spy attack you need spies x spy skill...the skill u use it to sabotage and the number of spies to defense :)

PM either disk or Gandalf.  Regular TGA members are not allowed to give it out, Tantanoid doesn't come to the boards too often and probably doesn't remember the password :P  and Rug and SS have been away for a while and I forget when they're getting back.

ehm i don't think the councillors are allowed to give it out technically either, but you could ask them privately and never talk about it to others, it might give u a chance, as SS isn't here to change ur sitepassword atm

Problem.
I went back and found my real one id (not the one i sent before)
But as i went to resent an application for joining,
it tell me that this username already exist.
Must be caused because of the previous form i sent.
What should i do?
Wait my old application be rejected and then resent a new one or what?

Age 2 started in late August.  68k isn't bad but keep going.  There's no telling when the age will end.

By the way what are you checking in application to accept someone.
I mean you see his race and his account.
But what other is needed for him to join?

The main requirements (aside from the basics of having a valid koc ID, being a non-orc, and registering in forum) are forum-related:
You need to be active. (Post regularly)
You need to be willing to help. (Not spam, but actual help)
You need to be dedicated. (Repeat, regular. Not nagging, but persistent)
The only way we could determine the above is by having you post here in the KoC-related forum.
