Somehow, it seems impossible, as most don't even post in the forums regularly. Then again, I'm not the model for posting frequency, but... I miss the old days, where there were only 30 or so members and you knew they all were active. I don't see any reason to keep inactive members nominally in the alliance. I would just say get rid of them.
