HAven't u understood that throughout the whole game up to now orc00 was keeping himself away from the top ranked, by just not bying any attack weapons? He is ranked 1 in DA and probably in CA too, no matter what his rank is, he can just sell 10% of his dragonskins and buy 1000 battle axes to win the game. When age 1 finished. Inktank quit, so Orc00 and Valafar took over the army. Though they're supposed to be kinda equal...in practice orc holds the far greater power...
