There's a difference between conversation and spam...

The Alt, T, V, C gives you exactly the same menu as you get by right-clicking the toolbar, and customize is still disabled.  Thanks anyway.

I figured the screwyness of microsoft's programming would provide a whole by let you access the same thing in different ways... it works sometimes.  
Most of microsoftss work needs some good old-fashioned hacking to stop it for being so damn wasteful and from being so full of wholes.  But then again, that would only make microsoft stronger, that could be bad.

why bother its funner not to know.  because once you know  and somebody  finds out that you know.  they then have standards for you and its not good.
