The bastard is using a random IP each time. :angry: Did you intend to leave that blank, Mole? And SS, are they conventional IPs, or Tors? If the latter, you might be able to block all Tor traffic. |

A python script to list all Tor IPs.Although you might need Tor installed to use it. I don't think that there's any way to block it except for a huge blacklist.  The other way might be to tweak Invision slightly; changing the 'act=Post' part of the system might be the most effective, but perhaps a very fiddly one. If you do, change it to a global variable that you can easily update when needed, so if they cotton on you can tweak it again. Although they'd eventually use regexps or similar to bypass it, if they could be bothered. (Don't quote this - it's hidden so that if the spambot author reads the thread, then they won't be given ideas.)

Well for the moment I've quickly made links break, which will probably get annoying but it's better than letting the spammers potentially get hits and/or pagerank.
Will sort out a better solution with IP banning/whatever later.
