Hmmm. Might be a decent game, but I fear that its popularity might cause an infestation of newbies similar but worse to that which haunts Counter-Strike, thus causing an unpleasant time for the decent players.

Happens a lot on loads of decent MMORPGs - EverQuest for example.

Should be good if you can jack in as soon as its released. If it gets bad fast then you don't have to go beyond the free month do you?

Good point.

Assuming they do a full month trial.

Its standard procedure now - Planetside, Star Wars Galaxies, etc - 1 month trial.

Anyone remember when you got 3 months of playtime free?

Yeah, doesn't look too promising, but they seem to like it so I thought I'd give it a try... soon as I get three days when I can properly evaluate it.

Ragnarok Online eh?

http://www.lomcn.co.uk/ (http://www.lomcn.co.uk/) is a place for pimping free servers for Ragnarok Online, Legend of Mir and some other random games i haven't checked out yet...the free servers are sometimes slightly laggy but if you have a decent connection you shouldn't notice too much...besides, its free

*does the "no monthly charge" dance*

now i wonder if i can find some free servers for Lineage2

oh yeah, if Ragnarok Online dosen't work out for you, try Priston Tale, its 100% free, better graphics than most games on sale now, the game plays kinda like Diablo2 (random hacking-slashing) but then again, most MMORPGs do

Legend of Mir was decent for a while... then it got vaguely homosexual with all the PKing...

"Hail, Traveller, I wish a word with..."

*Thok*
*Bleed bleed*

"Bastards!.... urk"

Also your link gives me a 'Page cannot be displayed'
