ussually the scariest thing is the quality of  women rather than the violence, of which is minimal

Opeth concerts are an odd mix. You get emos, goths, regular metal fans, irregular metal fans, and assorted other hangers on.

In other news, the new I album just arrived. Indeed yay at supergroups. If Immortal were a Bathory-esque thrash band with members of Enslaved and Gorgoroth, you'd ge... wait a second.

I - Between Two Worlds

Clear sights through the depths I ride,
Inside my mind the thoughts I hide,
I ought to burn my existence,
And burn to be...

The visions that was brought to me,
Not different from my fantasy,
Between Two Worlds I am,
Quested not to be...

I ride beyond the realms of the past,
I see the sights of what won't last,
From the blinding daylight,
To the utter dark...

The golden winter blows a breeze,
Not different from my fantasies,
Dark and light far in sight,
Quested not to be...

Too long I have dwelled in shadows,
Too long I have slept in shades,
Too long I have searched desires,
Release me so I can awaken...

Between Two Worlds,
Between Two Worlds,

Clear sights through the depths I ride,
Inside my mind the thoughts I hide,
I ought to bear my existence,
And burn to be...

The vision that was brought to me,
Not different from my fantasies,
Between Two Worlds I am,
Quested not to be,
Quested not to be...

Tool - The Pot

Who are you to wave your finger
You must have been out your head
Eyehole deep in muddy waters
You practically raised the dead

Rob the grave to snow the cradle
Then burn the evidence down
Soapbox house of cards and glass
So don't go tossing your stones around

You must have been high
You must have been high
You must have been.

Foot in mouth and head up asshole
Whatcha' talkin' bout
Difficult to dance round this one
Till you pull it out boy

You must have been so high
You must have been so high

Steal, borrow, reefer
Save your shady inference
Kangaroo done hung the juror
With the innocent

Now you're weeping shades of chosen indigo, got lemon juice up in your eye.
And when you pissed all over my black kettle...

You must have been high, high
You must have been high, high

Who are you to wave your finger
So full of it
Eyeballs deep in muddy waters
Fucking hypocrite

Liar, lawyer, mirror show me
What's the difference
Kangaroo done hung the guilty
With the innocent

Now you're weeping shades of chosen indigo, got lemon juice up in your eye.
And when you pissed all over my black kettle...

You must have been

So who are you to wave your finger
Who are you to wave your fatty finger
At me, you must have been out your mind.

Weeping shades of indigo
Shaft without a reason
Weeping shades of indigo

Liar, lawyer, mirror for you
What's the difference
Kangaroo be stoned he's guilty
as the government

Now you're weeping shades of chosen indigo, got lemon juice up in your eye, eye.
And when you pissed all over my black kettle...

You must have been high high high high
Eyeballs deep in muddy waters
Eyeballs deep in muddy waters
Ganja police you must have been out your
Mind

Spam'd!

In other news, new Rotting Christ album;

Rotting Christ - Rege Diabolicus

Long ago,
You broke off your joke,
And tore off your bonds,
You said “I will not serve”,
Indeed on every high hill,
And under every spreading tree,
You lay down as a prostitute,

I form the light and create darkness,
I bring prosperity and create disaster,
I The Lord,
I The God,
I form the light and create darkness,
I make weal and create sadness,
I The Lord,
I The Horned,

When the night of love draws to its close
Rege Diabolicus,
Rege Malum,
The red mist rises to greet the dawn,
Rege Diabolicus,
Diabolicus Deus,
Covering the lord of those who do not dare to be,
Rege Diabolicus,
Rege Malum,
The sign of evil is here to feel,
Rege Diabolicus,
Diabolicus Deus,

I form life and create fire,
I promise peace and create pyre,
I The Lord,
I The God,
I form life and create fire,
I bring delight and bear desire,
I The Lord,
I The God,

When the night of love draws to its close
Rege Diabolicus,
Rege Malum,
The red mist rises to greet the dawn,
Rege Diabolicus,
Diabolicus Deus,
Covering the lord of those who do not dare to be,
Rege Diabolicus,
Rege Malum,
The sign of evil is here to feel,
Rege Diabolicus,
Diabolicus Deus.

A band I know because they supported Enslaved. And out-performed them... which astounds me.

Keep of Kalessin - Crown of the Kings

Dragon Goetia,
Red gold on cold stone,
With the dead arise,

Rise winged serpent,
Before the unseen,
Rise the serpent eye star,

Through times of war,
A victor is crowned,
A beast of gigantic size,

Summoned by words never spoken before,
Called upon for this war,

Arise,
Armada,
Undefeatable will,
Given wings,
Claw Crown of the Kings,
Death the reptile eye brings,

Pulse of the earth,
The march of the Armada,
Fleet of marauders,
A sign of a coming tide,
The sentinel signals,
Armada elite adversary,

Sandstorm propulsion,
Wild rape of the earth,
All shall perish,
None shall be spared,
Armada Kalessin,
Surface,

Come brave human,
Show us your courage,
Become all you can be,
Your fall shines through your bravery,
You will be the measure of man's failure,
A martyr for your race,
Come closer, come closer, come closer,
I want to see your face,

Ye was asked to behold the word,
To answer and to yield,
Now ye must answer to the sword,
For the race of mankind already,
Is a race of shattered shields,

Curse not your liberator,
Bring me gifts before you are dead,
I am there, where mankind comes to die,
I'm the one to watch your glow from within,
Die as an ember to ash,
Claw to carry you,
Claw to crush you,
Symbol of the thousand talons,

Ancient serpent,
The hour has come,
A victor is crowned,
Triumphant through demise,

Arise,
Armada,
Undefeatable will,
Given wings,
Claw Crown of the Kings,
Death the reptile eye brings,

Summoned by words never spoken before,
Called upon for this war,
Given wings,
Claw Crown of the Kings,
Death the reptile eye brings.

Bretwaldas of Heathen Doom - Wychwood

Mist lingers on a frost filled dawn,
Sunlight glimmers on blade and thorn,
Grim illumined but no, not all,
Much remains in decay's dark thrall,

Slow certain true demise,
The proving thing for all things that die,
The wounds that whiten,
The spikes that blind,
The cords that tighten,
The roots that bind,

All in darkness is not corrupted,
All that beckons cannot be trusted,
Beneath the sway of deepest night,
Dark woods awake far from mortal sight,

Through sodden ancient pathways,
We tread to the home of wych-elms,
And singing blades of liquid frost,
Dancing like lucid steam-beasts,
That blow the breath between,
The hawthorn stems,

Await the signs of our fathers,
The circle is closed,
The doors to reality are closed,
You, me, the gods and the grinding of our steel,
The boundary where ancient spectres rise,
Not in torment, but in eternal conquest,

Into the Wychwood...
