Ok so my dad is stupid and he opened the Microsoft Works Portfolio.  Now the damned thing starts up everytime I turn on my comp.  I remember Frag telling me how to pick the junk you want to start when you start up your comp, but I don't remember what it was.  I think it was something to do with start-->run-->type something.

Type "msconfig".

Works on NT, 2k and XP. Don't think 98 or Me has it.

It'll probably be on the Startup tab, or possibly the Services one.

98 has it, 'cause I use it on my old comp all the time.

Being a good example is hard.  I’m trying to serve as a horrible warning instead.
