I've already tried that, to no avail. The icons within IE aren't corrupt (I've checked) and I can't think what else to do.

This seems as good a place as any - has anyone had this problem before?
All the icons for .htm and.html files have changed to the default "unknown" icon (that bit of paper with a folder shown on it), and I've no idea why. Any ideas?

Don't knock Macs - they're partially based on Linux tech, so you can run some very interesting stuff on them without too much trouble. But as for Java... Download Mozilla for Mac OS X (if you use that OS)? Java should come with that, or you can install it as an extra.

Screenshots prove nothing - I could make a "screenshot" that showed LordStriker at rank 666 and nobody would be able to tell the difference from the real thing.

Why are there two topics about blocking adverts when this one already deals with it?! A default install of Firefox has advert blocking abilities, and with an extension or two nothing can get past it. That's the beauty of extensions; they let you virtually build your own browser, without having to learn shedloads of XML.

I meant that Barafranca won't let me register, as someone else is using my IP. It probably isn't anyone here, but it means that I can't just use one proxy for all sites. <_<

And neither does spam by the looks of things!
SS, you shouldn't have set the post/rank boundaries so high - you've trained them all to be spammers of the first degree.

Drowning Pool - Bodies
Let the bodies hit the floor Let the bodies hit the floor Let the bodies hit the floor Let the bodies hit the floor Beaten why for Can't take much more One - Nothing wrong with me Two - Nothing wrong with me Three - Nothing wrong with me Four - Nothing wrong with me One - Something's got to give Two - Something's got to give Three - Something's got to give Now Let the bodies hit the floor Push me again This is the end Skin against skin blood and bone You're all by yourself but you're not alone You wanted in now you're here Driven by hate consumed by fear Let the bodies hit the floor Has anyone seen the video to that? It's surreal... Currently listening to I Giorni, which I can't find midified anywhere, but it wouldn't do it justice anyway.

oh thats right. thought the title sounded familiar but I cant count on that. ooo I just got a flash of inspiration for a sig but i'm not talented enough to make it I've got a bit of spare time - I'll try and make it if you want. I'm good with Photoshop and Illustrator, but fairly useless at freehand drawing. I assume you mean a graphical sig?
