HEY! MY SPRING BREAK ISN'T OVER!!! IT'S ONLY HALF-THROUGH!!! :hmmm: :angry:

yeah, you gotta subtract like five or six hours to get our time. ;)
on a somewhat related note, the school schedule for next year is out, and it sucks. they're adding like two weeks to the school year. and while they're giving us two weeks for spring break (actually we could lose one of those weeks to making up snow days) they took one of those weeks from our winter break! bastards <_<  

well my president's day break consists of two days :hmmm:

and I have to go back to school 4 days early which will mean i'm missing the first few days of school(not that we're actually doing anything but i want to know where my classes are) but it still sux

I was just asking b/c mine is over b/c they hate us.

it's on a Friday

good friday=the friday before easter=last friday

so it's a week plus the friday before

I know it's on a Friday <_<

umm...i dunno....june 20-something?

Are you serious...that's a month into summer...when do you go back to school?

I get out on June 2 b/c the seniors are graduating so we get Friday off for some reason.

And why didn't they just give you last week off instead of this one?  :huh:  

well, regents week is the same time for all NYS schools, and i'd think that at least most schools end the week before regents week.

If you want to talk about tests go to that thread I made.  This is for SPRING BREAK!! (which is over for me) :(

but it's relevant because it has to do with the start of vacation, and spring break is a vacation :)

regents=NYS standardized testing for state-made courses

So they test you on the stuff that you've learned?  See ours are dumb and that's the only reason I can do well.

yeah the state makes up a curriculum for certain courses (ie. math, biology, earth science, etc.) and they make up a regents exam that students can take at various times in the year.

Yea see we have to take them at this time of year.  Do you take yours after you take the course?

yeah, and you can take it two more times after that to improve your score.

exam times are august, january, and june

See it's hecka dumb for us b/c our terms are weird.
