Anyone hear has mod development skills?
i wanna start a mod for hl 2 soon

Um, when you say skills... would you mean being able to keep a mod stumbling along in darkness with the occasional flare whilst someone lights a match, but never manages to connect it with the torch, and occasionally shouting out violently that we've almost got somewhere when really all we're going to get is a burnt finger? :huh:  :(

coder, mapper, skinner and maybe animator is gonna be mightily hard to do before the actual game is released...of course you could stick to making static meshes for the maps but i don't see how you're going to get much done without the actual game out...

i think models shouldn't be a problem,aps too as it's again a hammer for making maps
HL2 comes september,so that's in 3 months
i figured,time to get a team together  :cool:

Recruiting you can do, models you can do, map planning you can do, textures you can do.

Personally I'd save the map creation/coding/etc until the SDK is released.

Meh, if I knew anything about Mortal Kombat, and didn't have umpteen other things in development, then perhaps... but all I can offer at the moment is moral support and bad jokes. :mellow:
