That's not very descriptive.

Is it squeeking, grinding, chirping, pecking, or what?

Hmmm. It might be your PSU fan. If you stop the fan by moving (by sticking something hard in it, not a finger!) and the sound stops, then that shows it probably is. Warning: If you do this it might break your computer, so do it at your own risk.

Also, try just tapping your machine gently, or kicking hard if you want to risk breaking it, and that might help. :P

A clean computer is a happy computer
I've actually had a computer catch fire once. .. the power supply was too dusty :cloud: , it either got too hot and got the dust to some flash point :fireball:  (spontaneously combusted), or the dust short-circuited something :lightning: .  And to think my family and I were headed out the door…
Nothing was destroyed except the power supply  :)

So it’s a good idea to keep the insides clean (the computer's or otherwise), and to make sure all the fans are working properly or are sufficient for the job. (Fan service anyone? :grass: )

I still think you should get a new one so you don't complain when you can't watch things that we can.
